Q. Is Mychurchwebmail secure?
A. Our site and login page is on a secure server and uses 256bit encryption. When sending email from within the system, options range from commercial to military grade encryption (4096 bit) Messages can be automatically signed with your public encryption key, allowing others to send encrypted messages to you also.
Q. Do you actually host my email on your server?
A. No. Mychurchwebmail is just an interface to be used with your existing webmail. The actual email is left on your server at all times.
Q. Do we have to sign any contracts or do any special configurations to get this to work?
A. Nope! Accessing your church or ministry webmail account is completely free and works with all existing webmail accounts you may have. You just enter in your email and password to the mychurchwebmail login page, once your church is in the system (which happens upon signing up).
Q. What's the catch?
A. There is no catch! The only thing you will notice in the future are ads on the right-hand side of the login page, hand picked by our staff, that you as a church or ministry might find relevant. This enables us to keep this project funded. |
